Nebraska EYSC Project Sites

 

EYSC Focus Communities, 2003-2008:

Year 1: Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, Scottsbluff, Butler County, and Sandhills.

Year 2: Nebraska Tribes, including Winnebago, Umonhon, I'santi Sioux, and Ponca.

Year 3: Lexington, and Nebraska Indian Community College/Omaha Nation.

Year 4: Gering, Lexington, Gibbon, Madison, Walthill, Nebraska City, Crete and Hastings area.

Year 5: Gering-Scottsbluff, Lexington, Madison, Walthill, Nebraska City, Hartington, Santee and Crete.

Year 6: Gering-Scottsbluff, Lexington, Madison, Walthill, Nebraska City, Hartington, Santee and Crete.

 

Current Active Nebraska EYSC Sites:

The following communities are active Nebraska EYSC Youth-Adult Partnership/Youth In Governance sites. Each site follows the state goals and objectives for Diverse Youth-Adult Partnerships in Rural Nebraska, but each community site is unique in regards to the makeup of their community, the issues they address, and the activities they implement to create more positive opportunities for involvement in order to improve the lives of all youth and adults in their community.
